RAWR Apps

Privacy policy

Your home has a private side.
We treat it that way.

Effective November 2, 2026. This policy covers apps.rawr.vc and the current RAWR House Tracker development app. RAWR Tracker is not yet available on the App Store. Its household service has been deployed, and sign-in and household sharing are still being tested.

Visiting this website

You can read this website without an account. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or newsletter forms. Fonts and images are served with the site rather than loaded from third-party embeds.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.

Information in RAWR Tracker

The app handles your name, email address, account and device identifiers, and the content you choose to enter. This can include chores, notes, calendars, shopping lists, appliance records, service history, photos, Paw Points and game saves.

This information supports sign-in, household sharing, progress tracking, rewards and synchronization. The app does not include advertising or cross-app tracking. Do not put passwords or sensitive documents into chore notes.

Photos and camera access

Camera and photo-library access are optional and used when you choose to add a photo. The app creates a resized copy and removes embedded metadata, including GPS coordinates, before storing or uploading that copy. It does not change the original in your photo library.

A photo can still reveal private details in its visible content. Check the image before adding it. Household photos are available to authorized household members; they are not published on this website. Dates and captions you enter remain part of the task record.

Who can access household information

Household records are shared with active members of that household according to the app’s access rules. Both adult administrators can manage shared work. Account sessions control device access, and server requests check membership.

Cloudflare stores household records and private photos and handles synchronization. Auth0 handles account registration, passwords, email verification and sign-in. Auth0 processes your email, account identifiers and technical login information under Okta’s privacy policy. RAWR receives your verified email and account identity, but does not store your password. Essential sign-in cookies keep the login flow and browser session working.

Support requests are received by Lane at the contact address below and processed by the email service used to handle them. The app has no advertising integrations. Information may be disclosed if required by law.

Storage and deletion

The app keeps a protected local copy of authorized records, pending changes and pending photo uploads on your device. Pending uploads stay on your device while queued. Signing out clears local queues and drafts after confirmation. The app does not keep a complete offline photo library.

Household records remain on the configured server until they are removed. Removing a photo through the app hides it from the household and requests deletion of the stored image. A marked record, including its caption and date, remains on the server. Leaving a household does not erase its shared history. Revoking a device prevents new server access, but does not immediately erase an offline device’s existing local copy.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact lane@govbuddy.com using your app account email. We will verify the request and explain its effect on shared household records. In-app account-wide deletion is not yet available. Your account must belong to a household to access its records. Auth0 and Cloudflare may retain security and service records under their own policies.

Children and household use

The current app is designed for adults organizing a shared home. The current household roles and guidance are intended for adult users. Contact us if you have questions about a child’s information in a household record.

Contact and changes

For privacy or support questions, contact Lane at lane@govbuddy.com. Please do not send passwords or private household photos with an initial request.

We will update this policy when the service or its handling of information changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
