Terms of Service

Using the service

You agree to these terms when you accept them. Where permitted by law, you also accept them by using the service after receiving notice and having an opportunity to review them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The household service is intended for adults organizing a shared home.

Use your own account, protect your sign-in credentials and invite only people who should have access to your household. You are responsible for the information you enter and for having permission to share it.

Your household records

You retain your rights in the photos, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service, including sharing it with authorized household members. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information, including account deletion and the effect on shared records. Keep copies of information you need outside the app. Photos and task completion records do not certify that a repair or maintenance job was done safely or correctly.

Care for your home safely

RAWR Tracker helps you organize work. It does not replace an equipment manual, a qualified service provider or an emergency service. Follow the instructions for your equipment and use qualified help when needed. Paw Points and mini games are for personal enjoyment, have no cash value and are not payment for work.

Respect other people and the service

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, upload harmful code, bypass access controls or access a household without permission. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect people or comply with law. You can stop using the service and request account deletion as described in our privacy policy.

The iOS app and its publisher

Capitol Directories, Inc. publishes RAWR House Tracker for RAWR Builders, LLC. The native app’s software license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms govern the RAWR household service and website and do not replace that software license or terms you agree to directly with Apple.

Changes to our agreements

We may revise these Terms of Service and our other RAWR service agreements at any time. We will publish the revised text with an effective date. Revisions apply going forward from that date, not to past conduct or disputes that arose before it.

Before a material revision takes effect, we will email account holders a notice that identifies the changes, links to the revised agreement and states its effective date. For other revisions, we will post notice with the agreement. You will have an opportunity to review a revision before it applies to your continued use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, continuing to use the service after receiving notice and after the revision’s effective date means you accept and are bound by the revised agreement. If the law or an existing agreement requires express consent, we will obtain it before applying the revision to you. If you do not agree, stop using the service before that date. You may export your records and request account deletion. Contact us if you need help.

Changes to our privacy practices follow the notice and consent provisions in the privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
